How to contact BK8 Cambodia

This is the routing map for anything you need to ask us — a deposit that has not landed, a rejected document, a bonus you want checked before you claim it. It says which door to use, what to include, and how to confirm the page you are on is ours.

Which channel fits which problem

Support here is not one queue. A login problem and a withdrawal problem look alike from the outside but run through different checks, so the first decision — signed in or signed out — sets everything that follows. It also helps to name the product: our platform tracks seven categories for this market — Slots, Bingo, Casino, ESportsbook, Sports, Fishing and Lottery — and a message saying which one you were in skips a round trip. The table below is how we route things.

What has happenedWhere it goesWhat decides the speed
Cannot sign in, no OTP arrivingSigned-out helpThe 855 number on file
Deposit left your bank, no creditSigned-in helpThe payment reference
Withdrawal has not arrivedSigned-in helpVerification and currency match
Bonus or turnover questionSigned-in helpWhich promotion was claimed
Document rejected at verificationVerification flowImage quality, not resends
Limits, cool-off, self-exclusionAccount settingsApplied on request
Affiliate or commercial enquiryaff.bk8bravo.comThe wrong door costs days

One habit is worth more than the whole table: speed on our side is decided by information, not persistence. A second message an hour after the first pushes nothing forward; a first message carrying the reference number usually closes the matter in one reply. If your question is general rather than account-specific — how a rebate is calculated, what turnover means, which rails settle fastest — our FAQ already answers most of what arrives here.

Reach us from inside your account, not from outside it

A Cambodian account is verified by phone and email at registration — both, not one — and nothing heavier at the door. Birthdate verification and bank verification are switched on for some of our other currencies and are deliberately not switched on for this one. That matters for support: a signed-in session has already cleared the two checks we would otherwise run by hand. Write to us from inside your BK8 account and the conversation starts at the problem; write from outside it and it starts with proving who you are.

Identity verification proper runs through Sumsub, enabled on nine of our ten platform currencies — every one except PHP — with both Cambodian codes inside that nine. A document request surfaces where the money does: around a first withdrawal, a change of payment destination, or a deposit pattern that does not match the rest of the account. When we ask, the request appears in the verification flow inside your account. It never arrives as a chat message asking you to send a photograph somewhere else. Our withdrawal page sets out where in the payout sequence this normally lands.

What to put in the first message

Almost every slow case is slow for the same reason: the opening message described a feeling rather than a transaction. Five lines fix that. Send them together, from the email address attached to the account.

  1. Your username and the 855 number on the account — the one on file, not the handset you happen to be holding. If those two differ, say so in the first line — that gap is usually the entire problem.
  2. The exact time to the minute, and the amount in US dollars. Cambodian balances run in USD and nothing else, so a dollar figure needs no interpretation and no exchange rate.
  3. The rail and the reference. ABA, ACLEDA or Maybank are the three bank codes configured for Cambodian deposits; wallets and crypto routes carry their own reference. A screenshot of the confirmation screen carries all of it.
  4. The product, and the promotion if it is a bonus question. A turnover query with no promotion named cannot be checked against anything.
  5. What you have already tried. Four resent OTPs or two resubmitted documents is diagnostic information, not a complaint, and it stops us repeating a step you have already exhausted.

When the problem sits at your bank, not with us

A real share of what reaches us is not ours to fix, and saying so quickly beats absorbing it. Bakong sets no cap on the number of transfers you make in a day; the maximum per transaction and the total daily value are set by each member bank individually, not by the National Bank of Cambodia. So a transfer that stops is usually stopping against your own bank's ceiling. An ABA customer can send up to 60,000 USD per transaction and per day to other Bakong members, while a transfer into a Bakong wallet is capped far lower — 1,000 USD per transaction, against a wallet ceiling of 2,500 USD. Same app, two different limits.

The rule that catches the most people is currency, not amount. Cross-currency transfers are not allowed on these rails: the transfer currency and the account currency must match, and there is no in-app FX on a Bakong transfer. Since a BK8 balance here runs in US dollars — the string KHR appears nowhere in our currency table — a payout aimed at a riel-only account does not arrive slowly, it does not arrive at all. Confirm you hold a USD account before a first withdrawal rather than after one. Our ABA Pay guide walks the mechanics end to end.

Call your bank before you write to us

ABA publishes a 24/7 hotline on 023 225 333, with 098 203 333 and 1-800-203-203 alongside it and info@ababank.com for email. If money left your app and the reference is not recognised anywhere, the bank's record is the authoritative one and their hotline is the faster door.

Cash is still the last mile here, and it works better than people expect. A Wing Bank customer can cash out free at more than 12,000 Wing agents nationwide, no fee and no minimum, by scanning the QR code at any agent marked Bakong Cash-Out. A TrueMoney agent — there are 10,000 of them — handles cash-in and cash-out for accounts at over 60 Bakong member institutions, in riel or dollars, simply by scanning your KHQR code. You leave with a push notification in your banking app and a paper receipt. Keep it: it is the cheapest evidence of a transaction.

Our channels, and the ones that are not ours

Our official social accounts all sit under one handle: facebook.com/bk8asia, instagram.com/bk8asia and twitter.com/bk8asia. Facebook carries 48.94% of social referrals in Cambodia, so that is the channel where a lookalike page has the widest audience to work with — anything under a slightly different spelling is not us. Messaging apps are first-class brand channels here; ACLEDA's own footer links Telegram, Viber, LINE and WeChat. That normality is exactly what a fake support contact borrows.

Domains are the harder part, and we would rather explain the mess than pretend it away. Operator domains rotate: bk8.com issues a 301 to bk8.co, bk8.co sits behind a Cloudflare interstitial that returns 403 to anything that is not a browser, and market domains hand off to platform mirrors mid-session. The fixed point for this market is www.bk8khr.com, whose bare root sends you to the Khmer locale at /km-kh/home rather than an English one. Bookmark it and reach your account from the bookmark, never from a link in a message. One further tell: several BK8-branded sites in this market do not host their own trust pages at all — on bk8kh88.com, Contact Us, Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming are offsite redirects to safeelink.com. Ours sit on this domain, beside the product they describe, and so do our terms.

Nobody from BK8 will ask for an OTP

We will never ask for your password, a one-time code, or a photograph of your ID sent to a chat account. Documents go through the verification flow inside your own account and nowhere else. Cambodia counted 25.3 million active cellular connections at the start of 2025 against roughly 10.8 million internet users — there are more live connections here than people, so carrying a second number is ordinary and an unfamiliar one raises no eyebrows. That is the gap a fake support contact works in.

Which language you will be answered in

We serve five distinct Cambodian locales — English, Khmer, Simplified Chinese, Indonesian and Vietnamese — with Khmer as the regional default, and the Khmer build renders fully in Khmer script rather than being an English page hiding behind a flag. Write in whichever of the five you are comfortable in. សរសេរជាភាសាខ្មែរបានដែរ ។ Nothing about the answer changes with the language; the same checks, the same rails and the same records sit behind all five.

Two conventions save confusion when a reply comes back. Brand names, product names and legal identifiers stay in Latin script inside Khmer text — even ABA keeps ABA Mobile and its whole licence line in English on its Khmer pages — so a domain, a reference or a licence number quoted back to you looks identical in either language. And the phone field is the one place where format is not cosmetic: our registration flow expects the Cambodian country code 855, so enter the number in that form rather than in the local style with a leading zero, and quote it the same way when you write to us.

The company you are actually writing to

Formal correspondence — a complaint you want on record, a data request, a legal notice — reaches a real company, and it is worth knowing which one before you send it. BK8 is operated by Mettlemind Tech Ltd., registration number 15779, registered at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, on the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence ALSI-202504032-FI2 issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan. Cambodia offers no alternative: stand-alone online-only licences do not exist here and can only sit inside a land-based casino licence, so every operator serving this market is licensed elsewhere. Ours says where, in full, above. For written correspondence, use the contact address published in the Help Centre inside your account — it is kept current there, and a stale address on a public page helps nobody.

The rest of the accountability chain is public as well. Our games are audited by BMM Test Labs, GLI and iTech Labs, with TST alongside them in our footer, and the same footer carries iovation and ThreatMetrix on the fraud side and GamCare and BeGambleAware on the responsible-gambling side. Every one of those names is checkable on its own, which is the entire point of printing them rather than a slogan. Limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion are a separate category again — they are account settings, not support requests, and our responsible gaming page explains how to set each one yourself without writing to anybody.

Affiliates, referrals and press

Not everything that arrives on a contact page is a support ticket. Three other doors exist and they are separate, so a commercial question sent into the player queue simply waits.

  • Affiliates and partners. Our affiliate programme runs on its own domain, aff.bk8bravo.com, and it carries per-locale contact pages including en-kh and km-kh — a Cambodian partner enquiry has a Cambodian address rather than a regional inbox. Commercial terms are settled there, not through player support.
  • Referring a friend is different. Our Cambodia referral promotion is denominated in US dollars and uses the code KHLOVEBK8, paying USD 8 on deposit; its terms are a 50 bonus, a 50 minimum deposit, a 1,000 maximum bonus and 5x turnover — the same figures as our USD, MYR and SGD referral terms. That is a player promotion, handled inside the account.
  • Press and sponsorship. Our sponsorship book is global — title sponsor of BK8 Gresini Racing in MotoGP for 2025, official betting sponsor partner of the BWF Major Championships through to 2026 — and it is run centrally rather than market by market. The bk8asia handles above are the fastest public route.

A closing note on what people ask about most often. The offer we run here — +1500% on a first deposit with 250 free spins — is our own, and if your question is about that offer, its turnover, or whether a particular deposit method qualifies, ask before you deposit rather than after. Bonus terms are far easier to explain than to unwind, and support can read the exact state of a promotion on an account in a way no public page can.

Questions Cambodian players actually ask

How do I contact BK8 support from Cambodia?
Sign in first and use the help channel inside your account. A Cambodian account is already verified by phone and email, so a signed-in session skips the identity step and the conversation starts at the problem. Signed-out questions — a login you cannot complete, an OTP that never arrives — go through the public help route on www.bk8khr.com instead.
My deposit left ABA but has not appeared. Who do I ask first?
Check the reference in your banking app, then send it to us with the exact time and the dollar amount. If the reference is not recognised anywhere, the bank's record is the authoritative one and ABA's 24/7 hotline on 023 225 333 is the faster door. Remember that per-transaction and daily limits on Bakong transfers are set by each member bank, not by BK8.
Will BK8 ever ask me for my password or a one-time code?
No. We will never ask for a password, an OTP, or a photograph of your ID sent to a chat account. Verification documents go through the flow inside your own account and nowhere else. Our official social accounts all sit under a single handle — facebook.com/bk8asia, instagram.com/bk8asia and twitter.com/bk8asia — and anything under a different spelling is not us.
Which BK8 domain is the real one for Cambodia?
www.bk8khr.com. Its bare root sends you to the Khmer locale at /km-kh/home rather than an English one, which is a useful signature in itself. Operator domains do rotate — bk8.com issues a 301 to bk8.co, and market domains hand off to platform mirrors mid-session — so bookmark the Cambodian address and reach your account from that bookmark rather than from a link in a message.
Can I write to you in Khmer?
Yes. We serve five Cambodian locales — English, Khmer, Simplified Chinese, Indonesian and Vietnamese — with Khmer as the regional default, and the Khmer build is fully localised rather than an English page behind a flag. Note that brand names, domains and licence numbers stay in Latin script inside Khmer text, so anything we quote back to you will look the same either way.
Where does a formal complaint go?
To Mettlemind Tech Ltd., registration number 15779, at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, which holds licence ALSI-202504032-FI2. Beyond us, the accountability chain is public: BMM Test Labs, GLI and iTech Labs audit the games, and GamCare and BeGambleAware badges sit in our footer for matters that concern play rather than payment.
