Live casino in Cambodia, dealt in US dollars
A dealt table is not a slot with better graphics. It is a video feed from a real shoe, a real wheel and a real shaker, running on a clock set to GMT+7 and settling into a balance held in US dollars. Here is how the room works.
Where the dealt tables sit in our Cambodian lobby
Our Cambodia navigation is nine items — Sports, E-Sports, Casino, Slots, Fishing, Lottery, Fast Games, Promos and VIP — and none of them is labelled Live. The dealt tables sit behind Casino, filed by feed rather than by game, which is why the landing pages inside that section carry supplier names like se-casino and big-gaming instead of a menu of table types. Two things are worth fixing in your head before you sit down. The header clock on our Cambodian locale runs GMT+7, the same Indochina Time the country keeps all year with no daylight saving, so nothing on a table schedule needs converting. And the balance runs in dollars. Our platform holds two internal codes for this country, KHUSD and KHEUR, which resolve to USD and EUR, while the registration config restricts Cambodia to a single currency: USD. The string KHR appears in that configuration exactly zero times. There are no riel tables here.
That last figure matters more than it looks. Our leaderboard for the Cambodian currency is split seven ways — Slots, Bingo, Casino, ESportsbook, Sports, Fishing and Lottery — so a live session climbs its own ladder instead of disappearing into a blended total with the reels. Take a seat at a table and it counts where you expect it to count. The interface itself comes in five languages for this market — English, Khmer, Simplified Chinese, Indonesian and Vietnamese — with Khmer set as the regional default, so the lobby around the table does not have to be read in English if you would rather it were not.
The feeds behind the dealers
A live table is somebody else's studio streamed into our lobby, and the studio matters more than the felt. Our live-casino table configuration names two provider codes: AG2, which is Asia Gaming, and SA, which is SA Gaming — and it names individual baccarat tables rather than pointing at an anonymous pool. Inside the Casino section those integrations get their own landing pages, se-casino and big-gaming, filed exactly the way the reels are filed under studio names. It is worth being precise about one supplier, because a lot of pages in this market are not. Pragmatic Play is named on our own marketing site among our slot providers, alongside PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Mega888 and 918Kiss, and we sell several of its titles as BK8-branded reskins; it is a B2B supplier and never an operator, it ships slots and live casino down a single API, and it is licensed by the Great Britain Gambling Commission under account number 56015 and by the Gibraltar Licensing Authority under RGL No. 107. What our Cambodian table config actually names, though, are AG2 and SA. Our Pragmatic Play page covers what we run from them on the reels. One honest note about what the room does not contain: poker is enabled as a content type in our platform configuration, alongside racing and bingo, but it appears nowhere in the public navigation — zero occurrences. If poker is what you came for, we do not have a table for you.
| Tab in our Cambodia lobby | What is actually behind it |
|---|---|
| Casino | The dealt tables. Our table config names two feeds — AG2 (Asia Gaming) and SA (SA Gaming) — with individual baccarat tables named |
| Slots | Reels filed by studio: Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Habanero, Nextspin |
| Fast Games | Spribe-supplied: Aviator, Mines, Goal, Dice, Plinko, Keno, Mini Roulette, Hilo, Hotline |
| Fishing | A vertical of its own, with JILI and Spadegaming feeds behind it |
| Lottery | A 4D product with published draw results, not just a nav label |
| Sports and E-Sports | Our own BK8 Sports alongside the IBC sportsbook, plus the IM and TFG esports integrations |
The match applies to your first deposit and the spins land on slots. Balances run in USD — no riel conversion to think about.
Baccarat is the table this market plays
Our own promotions calendar admits which game carries the room. The single table-specific offer on the Cambodian promotions page is Baccarat Natural 8 Lose to Natural 9 Cashback, worth up to USD 888 — nobody writes an offer that narrow for a game nobody plays. The rules stay deliberately small: you back Player, Banker or Tie, two hands are dealt, and a natural, meaning an eight or a nine off the first two cards, settles the coup on the spot. That is precisely where the cashback bites. Losing a natural eight to a natural nine is the cruellest hand in the game, decided before either side is allowed to draw, and the promotion exists to hand part of it back. Our baccarat page works through the third-card rules, the bet types and how a shoe is dealt at our tables.
Roulette, sic bo and blackjack ask different things of you
Three more rooms carry the rest of the traffic. Live roulette is the one people search for by name, and it is worth separating from the Mini Roulette in our Fast Games row — that one sits in the Spribe-supplied instant-games strip next to Aviator, Mines and Plinko, with no dealer and no wheel you can watch. Sic bo is three dice under a shaker and a betting grid you can read at a glance, which is why it is the fastest of the four to learn. Blackjack is the only table where your decisions, rather than just your stake, move the numbers around. Pick by temperament, not by which tile is largest on the page.
- Baccarat — named tables in our config on the Asia Gaming and SA Gaming feeds, and the only room with a cashback offer written specifically for it.
- Roulette — a dealt wheel with a croupier in shot, not the Mini Roulette sitting in the Spribe instant-games row.
- Sic bo — three dice, one shaker, and a betting grid you can read at a glance. How the bets pay.
- Blackjack — decisions change the maths here in a way they never do on a reel. The rules we deal.
- Fishing and 4D lottery — neighbours rather than tables, each a vertical of its own, with published draw results on the lottery side.
What a live table asks of your screen and your connection
A slot is an animation your own device renders. A dealt table is video arriving from elsewhere, which makes your connection part of the game in a way it never is on the reels. Cambodia is also not the mobile-only market outsiders assume: in August 2026 desktop held 59.05% of web traffic here against 39.98% on mobile and 0.97% on tablet, so a table has to hold up on a laptop in a Phnom Penh office and on a handset in the back of a remork. On the phone side two screens carry most of the load, and Apple leads the handset field outright at 44.49%. Bandwidth is the honest constraint. At the start of 2025 the median mobile download here was 29.37 Mbps and the median fixed line 45.10 Mbps — comfortable for one dealt table, less comfortable when the same connection is also carrying a Premier League stream in the next room.
| What was measured | Cambodia |
|---|---|
| Desktop share of web traffic, August 2026 | 59.05% |
| Mobile share | 39.98% |
| Tablet share | 0.97% |
| Most common mobile screen | 414x896 (25.55%) |
| Second most common | 360x800 (14.32%) |
| Leading handset vendor | Apple, 44.49% |
| Median mobile download, start of 2025 | 29.37 Mbps |
| Median fixed download, start of 2025 | 45.10 Mbps |
Both banks are configured on BK8 for Cambodian accounts, so money moves on rails you already use every day.
Funding a table in dollars, not riel
Every table here settles in dollars, so the practical question is how dollars arrive. Three bank codes are configured for Cambodian deposits: MBB for Maybank, ABA for ABA Bank and ACLB for ACLEDA. ABA Pay debits straight from your ABA account or card with no top-up step — the same method accepted at more than 200,000 merchants nationwide — which is why it is the reflex choice in Phnom Penh. From ACLEDA, transfers out of a Bakong account are free of charge, capped at USD 2,500 per transaction and USD 10,000 a day. Wing cashes out free at more than 12,000 agents, roughly 80% of them run by women, and a TrueMoney agent will take you in or out on a KHQR scan at any of 10,000 counters, in riel or dollars; a TrueMoney wallet can also be loaded over the counter at any 7-Eleven. Under all of it sits Bakong, the National Bank of Cambodia's platform, with 63 members and seven more integrating. One rule catches people every single time: a Bakong transfer cannot cross currencies, because the transfer currency and the account currency have to match and there is no in-app FX. Send from a dollar account, not a riel one.
None of this is exotic locally. At the end of 2025, 83.4% of Cambodia's broad money was denominated in US dollars, and the everyday four-thousand-riel convention sits just under the real rate — ACLEDA's board on 10 September 2026 read 4,048 riel to buy a dollar and 4,062 to sell. The reason riel now works as sub-dollar change at all is that from June 2020 the National Bank moved to pull one, two and five dollar notes out of domestic circulation, having banks collect and ship them abroad. So a dollar table is the normal case here, not the foreign one, and a dollar bankroll is what most players already keep. The same rails run in reverse when you cash out, which our withdrawal page covers in detail.
What the welcome offer is actually worth at a table
The offer is a +1500% match on the first deposit plus 250 free spins, and it is worth being precise about which half of it reaches a dealt table. The match does: it arrives as balance, and balance sits down anywhere. The spins do not, because a live table has no reels to spin — by their nature they land on slots. If baccarat is the plan, size the first deposit with the match in mind and treat the spins as a separate errand on the Slots tab rather than the reason you funded the account. Around the welcome offer sits a rotating set filtered on an eleven-item tab bar — New member, Sports, Esport, Casino, Slots, Fishing, 3d games, Vip, Special, Crypto and Lottery — and Casino is one of those tabs, so the table-side offers are one click from the promotions page rather than buried in it. Our VIP page covers the tier ladder for anyone whose table stakes have outgrown the standard promotions.

Who runs the tables, who audits them, and what the law says
Housekeeping, because a page that skips it is not being straight with you. BK8 is operated by Mettlemind Tech Ltd., registration number 15779, registered at Hamchako, Mutsamudu on the Autonomous Island of Anjouan in the Union of the Comoros, and licensed there under number ALSI-202504032-FI2. Our games are audited by BMM Test Labs, GLI and iTech Labs, and the footer carries iovation and ThreatMetrix fraud screening alongside GamCare and BeGambleAware. We were nominated as Casino Operator at the EGR Operator Awards 2024, which is a nomination and should be read as exactly that much — not a verdict. Opening a Cambodian account takes an 855 mobile number with both phone and email verification; identity checks run through Sumsub, which is enabled for both Cambodian currency codes. Open an account with the same care you would take opening a bank one, and read the licence line above before you fund it rather than after.
Cambodia issues no stand-alone online gambling licence to anybody. Under the Law on the Management of Commercial Gambling, promulgated in 2020 and regulated by the Commercial Gambling Management Commission, an online licence can exist only as an integral part of a land-based casino licence — so no offshore operator holds a Cambodian one, and any site telling you it does is lying. The 1996 Law on Suppression of Gambling also remains on the books for Cambodian nationals, which outlawed all unauthorised forms of gambling. Decide with those two facts in front of you. GamCare and BeGambleAware are linked from every page of this site, and the moment to use them is before a session starts to matter, not during one.
