Sic bo, three dice and a board that prices every outcome

Three dice, one shaker, and a board where every result is priced before the round begins. Sic bo asks less of a new player than any other table we deal. Here is how our live tables run it, in US dollars, with the arithmetic shown.

Everything three dice can do is already printed on the felt

Sic bo is having a moment on our Cambodian floor, and the reason is not complicated. The game asks nothing of you before you sit down: three dice go into a shaker, the shaker is lifted, and every outcome those dice can produce is already printed on the felt with a price beside it. No drawing rule to memorise, no third card, no dealer decision to second-guess. You are buying a slice of what three dice can do, and they behave identically on your first round and your thousandth.

Our Cambodia lobby carries nine items across the top — Sports, E-Sports, Casino, Slots, Fishing, Lottery, Fast Games, Promos and VIP — and sic bo sits inside Casino, among the dealers and the shoes. The leaderboard we keep for the Cambodian currency tracks seven categories, and Casino is the one the dice belong to. If baccarat is the game people arrive for on our live casino floor, sic bo is increasingly the one they stay on.

How a round runs, from shaker to payout

A round of sic bo finishes faster than it takes to read the board for the first time. The dealer seals three dice inside a shaker, a betting window opens with a countdown beside it, and that window is the only part of the round where you have any say. Chips go down on as many spots as you want, and the spots do not compete with one another — backing Small and also backing a specific total in the same round is ordinary play, not a contradiction.

  1. Chips down. The betting window opens with a countdown — your only decision point in the round.
  2. Cover as many spots as you like. Sic bo bets do not cancel each other out.
  3. The shaker lifts. Three dice, one result, and every spot resolves against it simultaneously.
  4. Winning spots pay the price printed beside them — set per table, so read the table window first.
  5. The next window opens. Nothing carries over — the previous roll has no bearing on this one.

That last step is the one worth internalising early. A sic bo table keeps a history strip the way a baccarat table keeps the road, and it is exactly as decorative. A shaker that has thrown four Smalls is as likely to throw a fifth as it was to throw the first.

តូច / ធំ ៖ Small, Big and the triple that beats both

Small and Big carry most of the money on a sic bo table. Small covers every total from 4 to 10. Big covers every total from 11 to 17. Both pay even money. Neither wins when the three dice land as a triple — three of the same number — and that single exception is the whole reason the table can price what looks like a coin flip at even money. Of the 216 combinations, 105 hand the round to Small, 105 hand it to Big, and 6 hand it to the house.

Read that table from the outside inwards and the shape of the game appears: a total of 10 or 11 arrives twenty-seven times more often than a total of 3 or 18. Every paytable in the lobby prices that gap, and prices it per table rather than per game.

The rest of the board, one bet at a time

Past Small and Big the board opens into six more families of bet. Each is a separate proposition with its own price, and those prices exist because the underlying combinations are countable. The counts below tell you how often each family lands; the table window tells you how much it pays.

  • Total — you name the exact sum of the three dice, 4 through 17. Prices climb steeply towards the ends of the range.
  • Specific triple — one named number on all three dice. One combination in 216, usually the longest price on the board.
  • Any triple — all three matching, whichever number. Six combinations in 216, or one round in thirty-six.
  • Double — a named number on at least two dice. Sixteen of the 216 combinations qualify.
  • Single number — a named number on at least one die, paid more when it shows twice or three times. Ninety-one of the 216 qualify.
  • Combination — two named numbers together on any two dice. Thirty of the 216 combinations contain both.

This is the real difference between sic bo and the rest of the room. Live baccarat asks you one question and then takes the decision away entirely. Sic bo asks as many questions as you feel like answering, prices each separately, and settles them all on the same throw. There is no shame in staying on Small and Big for a whole session — spreading chips across six spots does not lower the cost of a round, it raises it.

The room it is dealt in, and one thing that is not sic bo

Two providers sit behind our live-casino room: Asia Gaming, carried in our table configuration under the code AG2, and SA Gaming under SA. That configuration names individual baccarat tables rather than pointing at one anonymous aggregated feed, which tells you how the room is put together. We keep further live-casino landing pages for other integrations, Big Gaming and SE Casino among them, and that is how one lobby ends up with several rooms running the same game at different speeds and minimums.

A Cambodian account gets five interface languages — English, Khmer, Simplified Chinese, Indonesian and Vietnamese, with Khmer as the default — so the lobby around the table reads in ភាសាខ្មែរ if that is how you prefer it. One clarification, because it catches people out. Our Fast Games row includes a title simply called Dice, supplied by Spribe alongside Aviator, Mines, Goal, Plinko, Keno, Mini Roulette, Hilo and Hotline. That is a software instant game with no dealer, and it is not sic bo — for the live table, go through Casino. The board is the densest thing we render on a phone, so we lay it out for the commonest Cambodian screen sizes first. Pull up a table and see which room's pace suits you.

Deposit with ABA or ACLEDA

Both banks are configured on BK8 for Cambodian accounts, so money moves on rails you already use every day.

Funding a seat in dollars, not riel

Your balance at a sic bo table runs in US dollars. That is architecture rather than preference: our Cambodia region is restricted to a single currency, USD, and the string KHR appears nowhere in the platform configuration. With 83.4% of Cambodia's broad money dollar-denominated at the end of 2025, most readers already hold the account this needs. If you hold riel only, convert before you deposit rather than during — the Bakong rail performs no exchange mid-transfer, and the transfer currency must match the receiving account's.

Do that conversion with your eyes open. The everyday convention is 4,000 riel to the dollar, but that is a shop-counter rounding rather than a rate: ACLEDA's board on 10 September 2026 read 4,048 riel buy and 4,062 sell. Budget the evening in dollars from the start and the table never has to do sums for you.

Three bank codes are configured for Cambodian dollar deposits: ABA, ACLEDA and Maybank. ABA PAY is accepted at more than 200,000 merchants nationwide and appears as an option at checkout rather than asking for a scan — our ABA deposit guide walks the sequence through. A transfer out of ABA Mobile over the Bakong rail — the National Bank of Cambodia's own system, with 63 member institutions — runs up to 60,000 USD per transaction and per day, so table stakes sit nowhere near any ceiling. Wing's 12,000-plus agents are the free cash-out route when no branch is nearby, and KHQR is the single national code any participating app can read. Registration takes country code 855, and a Cambodian account verifies by phone and email.

Which of our offers actually reach a dice table

Be clear about what applies here. The welcome offer is +1500% on the first deposit and 250 free spins. The deposit match is the part that reaches a live table; the free spins are a slots instrument and cannot be staked on a throw. Our promotions page runs an eleven-item tab filter, and Casino is the tab to read for anything touching the felt.

Welcome offer

+1500% on the first deposit and 250 free spins. The match reaches the dice; the spins do not.

Instant rebate

Switched on in our platform — the rate is posted where you claim it.

Referral, code KHLOVEBK8

USD 8 on deposit, carrying a 5x turnover requirement on the bonus.

Baccarat Natural 8 cashback

Up to USD 888 — our one table-specific promotion, and it is a baccarat one.

BK8 VIP Migration

Up to USD 88 plus a 90-day free VIP trial.

You will notice there is no sic bo promotion on that sheet. The one game-specific offer we run for Cambodian accounts is built around baccarat, and we would rather say so than dress a general bonus up as a dice one. What genuinely applies at the shaker is the deposit match, the instant rebate our platform ships, and whatever VIP tier you have climbed into. Turnover terms for the match sit on the welcome offer pageopen an account and claim it on deposit one, because it does not wait for deposit two.

The dice have no memory, and the audits back that up

Sic bo attracts pattern-hunting more than any other game we deal, because the history strip is right there and three dice feel like something a person ought to be able to read. They are not. Each throw is independent, the 216 combinations do not change between rounds, and nothing on that strip alters what is inside the shaker. We say it flatly because the games are audited: BMM Test Labs, GLI and iTech Labs certify what we run, and those marks sit in our footer alongside TST.

ប្រយ័ត្ន ៖ a run of Smalls is not a signal

Doubling a stake because the strip shows five of the same result is the oldest way to turn a calm hour into a short one. Decide what the evening costs before the first throw.

The rest of the trust furniture sits on that same footer strip — iovation and ThreatMetrix screening fraud at the door, GamCare and BeGambleAware for the other side of the question. Our licence is issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under number ALSI-202504032-FI2, held by Mettlemind Tech Ltd., registration number 15779. If the dice have started to feel less like entertainment and more like an obligation, our responsible gaming page carries deposit limits and self-exclusion.

Questions Cambodian players actually ask

How do you play sic bo?
Three dice are sealed in a shaker. During the betting window you place chips on any spots you want — Small, Big, a specific total, a triple, a double, a single number. The shaker lifts, the dice show, and every spot resolves against that one result at the same time. You make no decisions after the window closes.
What is the difference between Small and Big?
Small covers totals 4 to 10, Big covers totals 11 to 17, and both pay even money. Neither wins on a triple, which is why the even-money price works: of the 216 combinations three dice can land, 105 win Small, 105 win Big and 6 are triples that beat both. They are the two plainest bets on the board.
Can you predict what the dice will do?
No. Every throw is independent, and the 216 combinations do not change between rounds. The history strip on the table records what happened; it forecasts nothing. Our games are certified by BMM Test Labs, GLI and iTech Labs, and a run of five Smalls says exactly as much about the sixth throw as a run of one does — nothing.
Can I play sic bo in Cambodian riel?
No. Cambodian accounts run in US dollars. The region is restricted to a single currency and KHR appears nowhere in the platform configuration. Fund from a dollar account, because the Bakong rail does not convert currency mid-transfer and the sending currency must match the receiving one. With Cambodia 83.4% dollarised by broad money, most players already hold one.
Do the 250 free spins work on sic bo?
No. The welcome offer is +1500% on the first deposit and 250 free spins, and free spins are a slots instrument — they spin reels and cannot be staked on a throw. The deposit match is the part that reaches a live table, subject to its turnover terms. There is no sic bo specific promotion on our Cambodian sheet.
Is the Dice game in Fast Games the same as sic bo?
No. Our Fast Games row is supplied by Spribe and includes a title called Dice, alongside Aviator, Mines, Goal, Plinko, Keno, Mini Roulette, Hilo and Hotline. Those are software instant games with no dealer. Live sic bo sits under Casino, with a real shaker, a betting countdown and a table window carrying its own paytable.
What is the fastest way to get money onto the table?
ABA PAY, because it shows up as a payment option at checkout instead of asking you to scan anything, and it is accepted at over 200,000 merchants nationwide. ACLEDA sits behind bank code ACLB on a dollar account, KHQR works from any participating app, and Wing's 12,000-plus agents cover you when the nearest branch is closed.
