Open the Cambodian site and the bar across the top runs nine items — Sports, E-Sports, Casino, Slots, Fishing, Lottery, Fast Games, Promos and VIP. Tap Slots and you do not land on a wall of themes. Three suppliers, three very different disclosure habits

PG Soft — Pocket Games Soft, founded in 2015, with a Malta address at Valletta Buildings, South Street — is the most open of the three. Its game documents give a theoretical RTP, a split between base game and free spins, a session-volatility rating, and, unusually, the largest exposure the studio recorded across a one-billion-spin simulation. Mahjong Ways is 96.92%, split 68.89% main game and 28.03% free spins. Pragmatic Play publishes RTP too — Gates of Olympus at 96.50%, Sweet Bonanza at 96.48% — but Gates of Olympus is supplied in several operator-selectable RTP configurations, and slot databases report lower builds of it than the figure Pragmatic prints. An unqualified percentage quoted somewhere else is not a promise about the copy a given site is running. Sweet Bonanza wobbles in a smaller way: 96.48% on pragmaticplay.com, 96.49% on the studio's own social-casino site, 96.51% in most third-party databases. JILI is the opposite case. It publishes a max win, a volatility band and the ways or lines, and no RTP at all: there is not one percentage value on its game pages. Every 97% you have seen attached to a JILI title came from somewhere other than JILI.

None of that makes one studio better than another; it makes them legible in different amounts. PG Soft is where to go if you want the maths written down — Mahjong Ways, Mahjong Ways 2, Fortune Tiger and Lucky Neko all sit at Medium volatility on the studio's own scale. Pragmatic Play is where the biggest names in this market live. JILI is where the cascading scatter games are: Super Ace, Golden Empire, Boxing King, Money Coming and Fortune Gems, every one of them rated LOW-MED by the studio itself, with caps running from 375x on Fortune Gems to 10,000x on Super Ace and Money Coming on JILI's own pages. Reading a tile before you spend a dollar

One quirk worth knowing about our Pragmatic shelf: six of its slots run as BK8-branded reskins, and they are not renames of nothing — the asset codes sitting in the page markup are Pragmatic's own vs20 series, including vs20bk8olympx, vs20bk8gates, vs20bk8sugar, vs20bkmoonx, vs20starbk8 and vs20fruitsbk8. Four of the six print 97.6 on the tile, above the 96.50% Pragmatic Play publishes for its standard Gates of Olympus. The other two print 96.5. The providers behind the rooms that are not slots

Slots are the biggest room, not the whole building, and the supplier list changes as you walk through it. Two of the six names on our provider list do not work like the others. Our configuration points the Mega888 download at our own host, mega.bk8dl.com. The 918Kiss build, filed internally as SCR888, sits on a third-party host at 918kiss.bmwfans.online. That is not a footnote. An APK from an off-domain host is a decision to make knowingly, on a phone you control, from a link you found yourself rather than one somebody forwarded you in a group chat. Who audits the studios, and who audits us

A slot provider's certification and an operator's licence are two different documents, and both are worth reading. PG Soft states that its products are validated and certified by BMM and Gaming Associates, and its services are unavailable in eleven named markets — Cambodia is not among them. Pragmatic Play's RNG is tested by Gaming Laboratories International, Quinel and Gaming Associates, and Pragmatic Play (Gibraltar) Limited holds Great Britain Gambling Commission account number 56015 and Gibraltar RGL No. 107. JILI's own site footer carries a BMM Testlabs badge and the studio claims more than ten game certifications across a catalogue of over a hundred HTML5 titles in 50-plus currencies.
