JILI slots, and the one number the studio never prints
JILI is the studio behind Super Ace, Money Coming and Fortune Gems, and the one figure it refuses to publish is RTP — not on a game page, not anywhere on its own site. Here is what it does publish, and how those five titles behave in our Cambodian lobby.
Who JILI is, and who stands behind it
JILI Games describes itself as a developer of online video slots, bingo, table games and fishing games, and puts numbers on it: 100+ HTML5 titles, 10+ game certifications, 50+ currencies, 12+ languages. Ownership is less advertised. JILI belongs to International Games System Co, a listed Taiwanese company carrying a market capitalisation of roughly US$7.2 billion, and the same group runs TaDa Gaming — a Malta-based arm founded in 2019 that holds Maltese, Greek, Swedish and, since June 2025, UK Gambling Commission licences. TaDa points at Europe and Latin America while the JILI-branded catalogue serves Asia. The split shows in the plumbing: every asset on jiligames.com loads from a Google Cloud bucket named tada-cdn-asia.
On our side JILI is not one integration but two. Our provider landing pages carry the studio under slots and again under fishing, next to Spadegaming — and fishing is a full product category here, one of the nine items in our Cambodian navigation and one of the seven the Cambodian leaderboard scores, alongside Slots, Bingo, Casino, ESportsbook, Sports and Lottery. Philippine business press calls JILI one of the upstream giants supplying scatter content such as Super Ace and Fortune Gems to online sites there, so Southeast Asia is its home market rather than an export. If the reel games do not suit you, our fishing games page covers the other half.
JILI publishes no RTP, for any game, anywhere
This should shape how you read every JILI article you find, including the ones quoting a tidy 97%. JILI publishes no theoretical RTP for any of its games on its own site. The five main game pages carry none, and neither does the player JavaScript underneath them — zero percentage values across the lot. That 97% is affiliate-sourced rather than provider-published, repeated widely enough to read as official. We are not going to print a number the studio itself declines to state, on a page that asks you to trust the rest of the figures.
Every JILI game page states a maximum win, a volatility band, a lines or ways count and a publish time. Those are the studio's own figures and they are the ones quoted here. RTP is not among them, and no third-party figure fills that gap, because there is no provider-published source to check one against.
For comparison: among the headline slots covered on this site, only PG SOFT and Pragmatic Play publish a theoretical RTP for their own games. PG SOFT goes further and prints the split between main-game return and feature return, which is why our PG Soft page can describe what an ordinary evening pays. There is no equivalent line to write for JILI, so an honest comparison shows an RTP figure for six titles and 'not published by provider' for the five JILI ones. Our slot RTP page holds that table, including the games that ship in more than one operator-selectable configuration.
The match applies to your first deposit and the spins land on slots. Balances run in USD — no riel conversion to think about.
The five JILI titles that carry our lobby
Five games do most of the work, and structurally they sit further apart than most studios' ranges. One is a 1,024-ways cascade, one a three-reel machine with a single payline, one an expanding grid running 32,400 ways, one an 88-payline cascade and one a three-by-three box with five lines. Every figure below is JILI's own.
| Title | Grid and lines | Volatility (JILI) | Max win (JILI) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Super Ace | 5 reels, 4 rows, 1,024 ways | LOW-MED | 10,000x |
| Money Coming | 3 reels plus a 4th special reel, 1 payline | LOW-MED | 10,000x |
| Golden Empire | 5-6-6-6-6-5 reels, 32,400 ways | LOW-MED | 2,000x |
| Boxing King | 5 reels, 88 fixed paylines | LOW-MED | 2,000x |
| Fortune Gems | 3x3 grid, 5 fixed paylines | LOW-MED | 375x |
Two things to read off it. The volatility column is not an unfilled default — JILI's catalogue genuinely carries LOW-MED, MED and HIGH-MED labels elsewhere, so five LOW-MED ratings in a row is a real statement about these particular games. The max-win column is where the spread lives: more than twenty-six times between Fortune Gems and the two titles capped at 10,000x. Against the rest of our shelf JILI sits low. Mahjong Ways 2 and Lucky Neko advertise 100,000x, Mahjong Ways 25,000x and Sweet Bonanza 21,175x, then Super Ace and Money Coming at 10,000x on JILI's figures, Gates of Olympus at 5,000x, and Golden Empire and Boxing King at 2,000x.
Super Ace, and a maximum win two sources disagree on
Super Ace is the studio's calling card and the earliest of the five by JILI's own dating — its page gives a publish time of 2020.08. It is a five-reel, four-row grid with 1,024 ways to win, which is four to the fifth power, so the advertised figure and the geometry agree with each other. The mechanic is cascading elimination: winning symbols clear, new ones drop in, and a combo multiplier climbs with each consecutive win, doubled during Free Games. The signature touch is the Golden Card — eliminate one and it leaves a Golden Joker behind, which is where the long chains in other people's clips come from.
Now the part nobody flags. JILI's own page states a 10,000x maximum win. Independent slot databases state 1,500x for the same game. That is not a rounding difference, and there is a plausible explanation for it: 1,500x is exactly the figure JILI publishes for a different title, Mega Ace. Somewhere along the line the two got crossed. The table above prints 10,000x because it is the studio's own number and the column heading says so, but treat Super Ace's ceiling as disputed rather than settled — and plan a session around neither figure, since a cap describes the edge of the mathematics rather than an outcome to expect.
Money Coming does not behave like a slot
Open Money Coming expecting reels and paylines and you will misread it for the first few spins. It runs three reels and one payline, with a fourth special reel bolted to the side. The symbols are numbers — 00, 0, 1, 5 and 10 — and they add up along that single line without needing to land on adjacent reels, which is the opposite of how almost everything else in the lobby resolves a win. The special reel carries x2, x5 and x10 multipliers, respins and a bonus wheel; JILI lists the features as Special Wheel and Lucky Wheel.
- Max win 10,000x — the one JILI figure on this page that an independent database confirms rather than contradicts.
- One payline, no adjacency rule: the number symbols sum wherever on that line they land.
- The fourth reel holds the multipliers, the respins and the wheel — the entire feature set in one column.
- Bet level gates the game: higher stakes unlock the x10 multiplier and the richer wheel outcomes.
That last line is a cost decision rather than a taste one, and it deserves more attention than it gets. On Money Coming the stake you pick changes what the game can do, not only what it pays. Your balance runs in US dollars, so a bet level is a real dollar figure, and stepping up to reach a feature is the sort of thing to settle before you sit down rather than three spins into a losing run. The LOW-MED label describes the base game; it says nothing about that ladder.
Both banks are configured on BK8 for Cambodian accounts, so money moves on rails you already use every day.
Fortune Gems has the lowest ceiling on the shelf
Fortune Gems is a three-by-three box with five fixed paylines and a multiplier reel running down the side, stepping from 1x to 15x. JILI lists Multiplier as its only special feature, which is unusually plain speaking — there is nothing else in there. The maximum win is 375x, the lowest cap of any slot we cover, and not by a little: the next ceilings up are Golden Empire and Boxing King at 2,000x, more than five times higher, then PG SOFT's Fortune Tiger at 2,500x. An Extra Bet option raises your stake by 50% to make the high multiplier symbols land more often, which is the same trade every ante bet offers.
Which raises a naming trap. Fortune Gems 3 is a different game with a different shape: a 10,125x maximum win and a HIGH-MED volatility label, the only title in this set rated above LOW-MED. Anyone recommending 'Fortune Gems' for a big-ceiling evening is either talking about the sequel or has not checked. The two sit beside each other in a search box and pay on completely different scales, so pick deliberately. If you want the small, slow one, the original is the one carrying 375x.
Boxing King, Golden Empire and the dates JILI prints
Boxing King puts 88 fixed paylines on a five-reel grid — a payline count rather than a ways count, which is unusual for a cascade game. Symbols clear, Wilds drop in heavily, and the multiplier climbs a fixed ladder of x2, x3, x5, x6 and x8, where it stops. Three, four or five scatters award 8, 12 or 20 free spins. JILI dates it to 2021.02 and caps it at 2,000x. The ring theme lands easily here: Kun Khmer is a weekly television fixture, with live tournaments on TV5 on Friday and Sunday, CTN across Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and Bayon at weekends. If you follow the real thing, our Kun Khmer betting page is the better Friday.
Golden Empire is the widest grid in the set, laid out 5-6-6-6-6-5, which multiplies out to exactly the 32,400 ways advertised — the arithmetic checks, which is not always true of ways counts. Symbols sit in golden frames that turn Wild, larger symbols survive up to four eliminations before clearing, and during free spins the multiplier accumulates with no upper limit at all. An uncapped multiplier on a game that stops at 2,000x tells you the ceiling arrives long before the multiplier runs out of room. One caution on age: JILI's pages show 'Publish Time 2023.12' for Golden Empire, Money Coming and Fortune Gems, while independent databases date all three to 2021. Read that field as something other than a release date.
Playing JILI from Phnom Penh
Your balance runs in US dollars. That is platform architecture rather than preference: the Cambodia region is restricted to a single currency, the two Cambodian currency codes KHUSD and KHEUR resolve to dollars and euros, and the string KHR appears nowhere in the platform configuration. With 83.4% of Cambodia's broad money denominated in dollars at the end of 2025, most readers already hold one. If you hold riel only, settle that before depositing rather than after — the Bakong rail performs no conversion in transit, the sending currency must match the receiving account currency, and there is no in-app FX along the way.
Registration takes a Cambodian number — 855 is in our country-code list — and a Cambodian account needs both phone and email verification before the first spin. Device matters more with JILI than with most studios, because the grids differ so much. Cambodia is still desktop-majority, 59.05% against 39.98% mobile in August 2026, and the phones that do browse here are narrow: a quarter of mobile traffic at 414x896 and another 14% at 360x800. Fortune Gems' three-by-three box is comfortable anywhere. Golden Empire's six-row middle reels are where a small handset starts to feel crowded, so open that one on the device you actually use before committing an evening to it. You can open an account here in a few minutes.
Run each title in demo mode first, and with JILI there is a particular reason to: with no published RTP, watching is the only way to learn how a game behaves. Count how long three scatters take on Boxing King at the stake you would genuinely use, watch a Golden Card clear on Super Ace, and let Money Coming's fourth reel come round repeatedly at a low bet level so you can see what you are not unlocking. Our demo slot guide covers which titles run in play-for-fun mode and what changes when the same game switches to cash. When you are ready, a first deposit on a Cambodian account carries +1500% and 250 free spins — promotional spins attach to selected slots rather than the whole lobby, so check the eligible list before assuming your JILI title of choice is on it. The offer attaches to the deposit whenever you make it, not to the day you register.
